Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated with initiative.


  • Greeting all office visitors in a warm, pleasant and helpful manner.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, such as helping prospective residents fill out a leasing application, reminding residents about upcoming payments or lease renewals, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, reporting issues or complaints to Management.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
